I began working with 3Rivers General Contracting in 2021, when the company became one of the earliest clients of Essey Marketing. What started as a traditional marketing partnership expanded over time as both the company and my involvement with it grew.

Over the years, I have worked across nearly every part of 3Rivers’ marketing and growth strategy, including brand positioning, website strategy and development, SEO, paid media, content, social media, analytics, lead generation, partnerships, sales enablement, and business development. That long-term involvement gave me the opportunity to understand not only how the company markets itself, but how its services, customers, operations, and growth objectives fit together.

In 2026, that relationship formally evolved into my role as Chief Marketing Officer. Today, I help lead the company’s broader marketing strategy while working closely with ownership and other partners to strengthen 3Rivers’ position throughout Greater Pittsburgh.

3Rivers now focuses on two primary areas of business: Commercial Construction and Mitigation & Restoration. Its commercial work includes renovations, office build-outs, and larger construction projects, while its restoration team responds to water, fire, smoke, and other property-loss situations for both commercial and residential properties.

My role is ultimately about connecting marketing to the larger direction of the business. That means building a stronger brand, improving how 3Rivers reaches the right customers and referral partners, supporting business development, and creating the marketing infrastructure required to support continued growth.
